No baby yet. 

Weight --  244lbs - not losing, but not gaining.

Food wise -- I could definitely do better and will continue to strive to do so. I find I'm much better when I'm working than when I'm not. 

Exercise -- Lately I've felt more motivated to get moving, so I just started a 30 day plank challenge with friends on Facebook. I also bought this bad boy today.

 So far I'm loving it!
