Day 2

So I started tracking yesterday.....finally! 

Yay me! 

It sadly got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore. My belly couldn't take all the crap I've been eating. Mostly it couldn't take all the carbs and cheese. Yesterday, I started drinking protein shakes and eating salads and I feel way better already! 

Fingers crossed it shows on the scales next week!! 

Start weight = 245lbs -- depressing that I gained all that I lost in the fall, but I must not dwell on that. 

It's spring time now and I'm feeling way better.
