About a month or two ago I tried this puppy on and it was skin tight around the mid-section. I still have more to lose to make it fit even better, but I'd say I don't look half bad! I definitely have more room in it, than I use to! :-) It's feels so great to get back into this shirt. It just confirms I'm taking steps in the right direction. Yay for non-scale victories.
Tonight I'm meeting my friend and we're going running again. This is a good thing considering I went to a party last night. I did pretty well food wise when there, but I had to guess on a couple things. As a result, getting in some extra exercise to counter balance everything is a must. The only thing is, I feel like ASS. I'm still catching up on my sleep that I missed last week. I'm still so tired and all I feel like doing is crawling into bed. I also have this pressure headache that doesn't seem to be going away. I'm taking my own advice though and sucking it up and will get my ass out there anyway. I know I'll feel better in the end. Fingers crossed!
