Just in case you didn't see my dailymile update, yesterday I did get out and run and even though my legs felt like lead pipes and I was dying for most of it, I managed to achieve a new personal best time! Woo-Hoo!!!!

Still slow as molasses, but It's the first time I ran until 40min!
My goal for my race is to do the same. Here's hoping I can pull it off. That run was brutal!!!
